Windows 10: Can't make windows to hibernate or suspend

Since I've updated to Windows 10 Clean install , I cant make it hibernate or suspend.


When I try to suspend, it turns on, lights goes up, but screen and keyboard/mouse dont respond.
Gotta restart manually, and here happens something strange, that is after this restart, Windows won't boot normally, it stucks at blue logo windows. So I gotta restart again, then all goes normal from here.

When I try to hibernate, it turns on, screen and keyboard/mouse normally, but Windows just won't boot again, freezes at the blue logo windows.

Windows and drivers are all updated.
Already tried without video driver installed, all the same.

Any help?

Btw, I'm on a desktop:

AMD FX-6100
AMD R7 360
8GB RAM

120 SSD

intermittent issue when coming out of suspend or hibernate

There are times when bringing laptop out of suspend or hibernate the display has what looks like 16 bit video. I have to log out or restart the laptop to get it back to proper display. This occurs randomly, time in suspend or hibernate does not seem to be an issue. This is Windows 10 Pro 64 bit. Device Manage shows all drivers are up to date and best used.

Any suggestions?

I suggest you to run the Power troubleshooter by following the steps below and check if for any power components change status.

• Press Windows logo key on the keyboard, type troubleshooting and select the top most search result.
• Click on View All from the left side panel of the window.
• Select Power from the options, click on Advanced option and check Apply repairs automatically option.
• Follow the on screen instructions and wait for the troubleshooting to complete.
• Check for the missing/corrupted power component status of the troubleshooter, close the window and check if the issue is resolved.
