Windows 10: How to Recover files from infected hard drive after a Trojan Attack

My computer is infected with trojan virus and it is infected in hard drive I dont have a proper backup how do I recover all the files after the virus has formatted my pc.

And my PC is not responding since months the keyboard is working but the screen has windows 10 layout and no icons on start bar nor on the screen . I have even tried going to safe mode with networking but when I enter the password it shows incorrect eventhough I had entered correct password.

Please help there are many important files with no backup .

I didn't make any backup since 2 years please help me restore my computer to its normalcy.

Help recovering files off portable Hard drive

Hi all a friend of mine has broken his hard drive he's been quoted £200 from a data recovery company in the city which i think is very ott *Eek! . I said id take a look at it to see if i can recover so files off it.Just wondered what would be regarded as the best data recovery software to use?

He said the hard drive is being recongnised by the pc & that he was told that if he open the hard drive up it would be permanently wiped???? as i was thinking about hooking it up to my pc as a slave drive? i will try to recover the data files first any other ideas?
