Windows 10: Sound is constantly cutting in and out.

So around a month ago, I turned my PC on to find that the audio is constantly cutting in and out on BOTH MY HEADSET AND SPEAKERS. I've listed this problem under devices and drivers, but I am fairly certain it is not a problem with my drivers. Every driver on my PC is up to date,According to Driver Easy and my headset and speakers use different drivers. The sound only leaves for like a quarter of a second, but it happens every few seconds. I've tried a million different ways of updating drivers as well as performing a repair upgrade for Windows, but the problem still persisted. I'd prefer not to clean install Windows 10 if at all possible because it seems like a pain. If someone could help me fix my sound issue I'd greatly appreciate it!

Good surround sound headset

I know you say you're not that guy, but stepping into the $250+ range really brings a change in build quality that might have you never having to buy another set. Otherwise, getting 6 speakers with decent sound in a headset is hard, and that's what you are asking for, and I have no suggestions, but just a bump up the list. *Stick Out Tongue

 

Bluetooth constantly cutting in and out since last Windows update

I've got some Bluetooth headphones that I use regularly. They were working completely fine with my Windows 10 PC until the most recent update, now Bluetooth constantly gets choppy and distorted or straight up cuts out. It's super frustrating. I'm using a
Bluetooth USB adapter because my PC doesn't support Bluetooth on its own.

1. Uninstalling and reinstalling Bluetooth drivers (several times)
2. Disabling the 'Hands-Free' sound device in Control Panel and in Device Manager
3. Setting 'Headphones' as the default sound device
4. Disabling all sound enhancements
5. Enabling Windows Sonic for headphones
6. Toggling Bluetooth on / off and re-pairing the headphones

It only happens on my main PC. It doesn't happen on my Windows 10 laptop or my phone. I can't System Restore or Reset PC (it would take way too much time to back up everything and I'm in the middle of several work-related projects). Any suggestions?
