Windows 10: Realtek Factory Reset

I accidentally uninstaleld realtek hd audio driver on my pc and am trying to get it back, and it is not working. I have tried many suggestions in similar threads, but none work. I was wondering if a factory reset would bring back the Realtek HD audio that came with my computer, as it seems to be one of the only and fastest options.

Thank you john for all of your help i decided to get the usb my computer came with and factory reset it i didnt have anything that personal or valueable so its ok thanks for the help though i appreciate it
