Windows 10: I don't have a Startup Repair option/BCD corruption?

So I've been struggling with my PC. I've had some weird bugs such as exessive 15 minute long boot times before reaching the windows login screen It used to only take like 30 to 60 seconds flat The Restart button shutting down the PC, and shut down restarting it? The problems climaxed after trying to install some new RAM. The PC gave me this error Pictured Below, so I changed back to the old RAM, same error. So next I shifted the old RAM over a slot. And it finally booted, but only reading the one RAM stick instead of both.

I was told I should try to run Startup Repair as the issue with the RAM and startup issues could apparently be from corrupted BCD files from some power flashes I had experienced. And now I get to the latest problem. When I get to the Advanced Startup menu I'm supposed to go to “Advanced options” > “Troubleshoot” > “Startup Repair”. I got to the Troubleshoot section, but from there, there is no Startup Repair button, I just don't have that option. So I'm at a loss here. Is my only option to go buy a recovery usb to try and fix this? Or do you think my problem could be something else?

The error message that you encountered may indicate a possible missing or corrupted components of the master boot record. Since you've already tried the startup repair option and the rebuild
BCD command, could you try the commands on a different order. Here are the suggested command order:

• On the command prompt window, type BOOTREC /FIXMBR and press
  Enter.
• Wait for the command to finish. Once you seeThe operation completed successfully, proceed to step
  3.
• Type BOOTREC /FIXBOOT and press Enter.
• If it appears that the Boot Manager is missing, then type BOOTREC /RebuildBcd and press
  Enter.

Once you're done check if the issue persists.

As per the description, I suggest that you follow the steps below to fix BCD

1. Right click on the Start Menu and select Command Prompt (Admin)

2. Here type/paste the commands listed below

Bootrec /fixMBR

Bootrec /fixBoot

Bootrec /RebuildBcd

3. Once done restart the PC and check.
