Windows 10: Unsolvable Issue Plaguing my PC PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!

I have been trying to fix this issue for months Im just going to keep this short and sweet Im really bloody exhausted. It has cost me so much money and More time than anything.

Had windows 8.1, PC would enter into a reboot loop error 0xc000021A constantly be rebooting itself over and over unable to access the pc until randomly startup repair would show up, Disabling driver signature reinforcement was the only way to get onto the pc.

Issue is, If the pc turned off for any reason it would be stuck in the reboot loop.

I dealt with this for three months, I finally cracked the shits and got windows 10.

Error is now gone as far as I know (Sort of - well get to that)

My graphics card blew up and I had to replace it, (GTX 770 4gb - Very old card 5-7 years)

Got a 1660 TI, Its currently in my machine now.

My pc now Randomly turns itself off and back on (reboot) as many as 12 times in a single day depending on how much im trying to use anything graphically demanding.

If I open any Games or 3d rendering programs the pc WILL RANDOMLY Reboot with no prompt no information nothing.

The first time this happened it said Updating pc but then turned on almost as normal, as though there was no update.

I thought maybe this was an NVIDIA driver issue. Turns out I cannot update my driver on Geforce Experience for No reason. Yes, Literally no reason. Ge force experience just says the installation could not continue.

I tried 3 different solutions online to no avail, I even reinstalled windows 10 and that did not work either.

MY GPU temp does not get too hot, Neither does anything else on my system.

Im stuck with a driver from about a month ago for the GPU, I tried installing it manually and had the same issue though this time it said incompatible with your operating system.

Im Sick to f***ing death of this I have gone months with my pc randomly shutting down multiple times a day I work on 3d and a few projects and even play some games, I have been compulsively backing everything up like a nutbag because of this Im honestly at the end of the road can someone PLEASE help me solve this issue I built this pc 6ish years back and it ran perfectly fine TILL windows 10 came out its bloody criminal.

I cant fix this.

Plague Inc. is not downloading in windows app store but other apps do download.

It is just stuck downloading with no progress made. This is the first time I'm down loading this app on my PC. The troubleshooting steps that are suggested will not work because I downloaded an other app after I started downloading plague inc. and they are
troubleshoot suggestions for if nothing is downloading which is not the case.

Finally there are is no recent changes to my PC.

 

Edge Search Does Not Permit Change of Region


I got these suggestions from the Microsoft Community forum.No. 1 worked for me:

Thank you for posting the query on Microsoft Community. I am glad to assist you on this.
We have reproduce the issue here and we are able to access non-regional search for google using Microsoft Edge.
I would suggest you to try the below steps and check if it helps.
Step 1:
Clear browsing data option of Microsoft Edge and check if you face the issue. To do so perform the steps below.

1. Click on the More actions icon next to the feedback icon present on top right corner of the Project Spartan homepage.
2. Select Settings and click on Choose what to clear.
3. Check the boxes Browsing history, Cookies and saved website data and Cached data and files and click on Clear.

Step 2:
I suggest you to create a new user account and check if the issue occurs.

1. Go to Settings.
2. Choose Accounts and then select Family and other users.
3. Select add someone else on this PC.
4. Enter a user name and hit next.
5. Click on Finish.
6. Sign out from the current Account and Log into the new account.

Step 3:
It could also happen because of network issue. I suggest you to try with different network connection and check if it helps.

That's what the auto setting will do since you're over the 1333 mark it jumps to the next step which isn't listed or officially supported I assume by that ram.

At this point though I would suggest dropping the multi one step or .5 so that we can get something stable and possibly take the heat issue out of the picture for now.
