Windows 10: PAGE FAULT IN NONPAGED AREA While trying to stream Netflix/Amazon Prime/etc

I have observed my laptop is rebooting every time when I am trying to stream Netflix/Amazon Prime/etc on the browser. I have dual boot windows 10 setup.




Is there any solution to fix this? Can somebody help me with this?

i have same issue "page fault in nonpaged areas win 10" and after that i have discussed with our senior developers but i can't get any proper solutions.

Then i have researched this error on google and found

"BSOD - Page Fault In Nonpaged Area" error when playing Amazon Prime videos

I get a BSOD - Page Fault In Nonpaged Area" error when playing Amazon Prime videos on Chrome on Windows 10.

The site works fine but the minute u click play on a video i get the blue screen.

I tried some solutions on other sites which are:

1] Update DirectX drivers (Done but issue still occurs)

2] Update display drivers (In my case: Intel drivers, checked on the Intel site and downloaded/installed the latest drivers n rebooted but issue still occurs)

3] Up to date on all Updates on Windows update (Done)

4] Update Silverlight (Done)

But after some research i found that Silverlight isnt supported on Chrome anymore (currently have Chrome 71)

I also tried a microsoft silverlight troubleshooter that showed an error stating Silverlight is corrupted. I reinstalled it several times but still get the same error.

** I'm going to try playing a video on Internet Explorer (as its the only browser that fully supports Silverlight) to check if Silverlight is really the issue **

5] There were also a lot of solutions that said to check the memory dumps or error files for the BSOD but the steps to those were really confusing so I dint try those

Is anyone else having this issue?? Can someone suggest a simple solition that i have not tried yet plz??
