  1. A window cannot be moved around the desktop

    Hi,

I have an App window that is stuck at a certain position on the screen. Normally, I can use my mouse to "grab" a windows title bar and move it around the screen. With this particular app OneNote, this doesn't work. I can move it by r-clicking the icon on the task bar, and selecting Move from the context menu. I can resize this window, just not move it by grabbing the title bar and moving with my mouse. Other windows on my desktop behave as expected.

Is this a Windows feature that I am unaware of? Is there a way to control whether a window may be moved about the screen or locked into position? I've seen this issue with OneNote and the Windows Settings app, however, the Settings app seems to be behaving as expected at the moment. I have no idea what I might have done to change this behavior.

FWIW, since I've seen this issue with a couple apps now, I don't this this is a OneNote issue. It seems to be more of a Windows Desktop issue. I think this might be a useful feature, if that is what it actually is. I would just like to know how to control it.

Thanks in advance for any help,

    Mike

    :)
