Windows 10: Downloading apps in a different drive Microsoft Store

Hello,


im having 2 iissues.


1- i'm trying to download Phantasy Star online 2from the Microsoft store, on my second drive i have 2 drives; C andD my main drive C is full. and when i try to install the app it shows me this

but for some reason i cant install it on drive D. i select it and click install but nothing happens. i keep clicking and still nothing.



2- i tried going to Settings > Storage > change where new content is saved and then i was able to change documents, music, photos, movies and TV and offline maps all to the D drive, but i couldn't change the "New apps" toD. it is still C and i get the following error


i searched for solutions to this problem online tried updating windows and using cmd but it didn't work. ca 't i just download the game from the official site?

I see what you mean about the password but i think its a backward step to compromise my Microsoft password to to use the app store

• Press Windows + R keys to run the command box.
• Type WSReset, then try downloading the app again.
