    storage and reseting problems

I got my computer for Christmas. When I got it, I tried to install a few games. after only installing steam, my computer said that too much storage was tooken up, so I cleaned the disk, uninstalled any apps that weren't necessary for the computer to worki.e: Bubble witch, other pre-installed games and tried again. it still said the same thing??? so I uninstalled steam and tried to factory reset and it says I cant factory reset because I don't have enough space on my disk to reset. I really need help, I cant even install anything needed for schooling.

    :)

Windows 10 1709 System Restore problems...

That seems to be an attempt at Option 2 in the tutorial, which requires you to
    a. Boot to a command prompt (Did you?)
    b. You then seem to be mixing steps 3,4 and 5, thus your command is incorrect.

I suggest Option 1 is easier.

If you still have problems, please repost listing each specific step and saying which option from the tutorial you are using. Thanks.

  3. Storage Problem

    Hi,

It's possible that the 346GB of space that you're seeing under the Apps & games window refers to the available space of the selected drive and not the actual usage. To confirm this information, we suggest that you check the total
usage through the Storage usage screen instead. To do this, follow the steps below:

    • Click the Start menu or Windows icon.
    • Select the gear icon or Settings.
    • Select System > Storage.
    • Under Choose a drive to see what's taking up space, select
      This PC (Drive letter)
    • Under Apps & games, check if the space usage exceeds the estimate 140GB of space.

Let us know should you need further assistance.
