Windows 10: My PC wont let me resize windows when Ive 2 side by side. This happened after my computer...

My computer restarted said it had to repair itself but couldn't but I was able to press into windows 10 anyway but it is now unactivated for some reason and most, unfortunately, I can't link two windows like I used too... I usually have a really skinny one on the left side to chat and the right one I use to watch youtube or play a game, but now I can only get them to both take half the screen. This is disastrous for me does anyone know what I should do? I use windows 10 Home 64 bit.


P.S. I didn't know what category to file this under, sorry if I was wrong.

If you having an issue installing a driver that worked before you formatted or wont install on a fresh build, sometimes this means hardware damage

• Press Windows key +X, select
  Control panel
• Change the view by option on the top right to
  Large icons
• Click on troubleshooting and click on the
  view all option on the left panel
• Run the Windows Store apps troubleshooter

i dont think anyone here understands what your asking either when its nearly a 90% english dominated Tech forum.
Step 1
reinstall windows from scratch
Step 2
install all drivers from the cd that came with the god damn motherboard *common sense*
Step 3
update windows
Step 4
install misc etc crap like flash java etc etc
Step 5
Install GPU drivers
Step 6
go back to using your pc without issue.
