  1. Does a windows recovery drive USB include original 3rd party software?

Sorry if this question has been asked before, but I couldn't find answers to this question anywhere.

So before windows 10, on windows 7 for example, when I bought a laptop it would come with a recovery disk that would allow me to factory reset back to exactly how it came (including 3rd party apps/bloatware). I could also use this disc if my hard drive failed and I replaced it, to reinstall windows exactly as it was in the beginning, on the new hard drive (with the bloatware)

In Windows 10, you can create a recovery drive with a 16GB USB (which I've done).

What I wanted to know was, if my hard drive failed and I replaced it, would restoring Windows 10 using this recovery drive also restore it to exactly how it was when I bought it? So if it was a HP laptop, would it restore HP apps etc.

This would also help answer my second question: is each recovery drive made on a different Windows 10 machine different?

I hope my questions make sense. Thanks for any help.

  3. Windows 10 Upgrade, Create Drives and 3rd Party Software

I want to upgrade to 10 but concerned about 3rd party software that I want to keep and from the past from Vista to 7 lost a few. I saw that there is a roll back and some people had issues with it so that puts doubt in my mind too. Question, is Windows
10 kind on 3rd party software and is it possible to create another drive to run both 10 & 7 without having to re-format or erase my original configuration and if so how would I go about it? Also, even though 3rd party software may work after the upgrade but
what if I have a problem where I have to re-install them? Anyone have a hint on this?

Is it not possible to partition an USB stick in Windows 10? Is there any 3rd party software that could be used to accomplish this?
