BSOD and Virtual Memory usage steadily increasing

I have a Vivobook S14 with it being up to date to Windows. I installed a third party program which tracks memory and cleans it. Whenever I check it, virtual memory usage always starts to slowly increase. Once it reaches 98%,simple programs like Google Chrome start to fail, then there will be either a blue SOD or back screen. The black screen would follow up with a weird pixelated small box that looks very distorted and hard to look at. Please help me as it always occurs after 30min. The freqeurncy of crashes has slowly increased over months and I do not understand why.My drivers have all been updated too, and I also tried deleted temp files. I tried every tutorial on YouTube to no avail. I also did a WhoCrashed diagnostic report and it says dump files were found but could not be read. These files may be corrupted. but previously when I checked it, it said something to do with corruption heap or something. This has been happening several times and a fast fix will be really appreciated!

    :)

    increasing of virtual memory

    Hi,

You should let Windows handle the Virtual Memory as it will increase or decrease its size on the fly (as needed). Increasing virtual memory "might" allow some programs to run more efficiently (large memory consuming programs such as Photoshop). However setting
the virtual memory too high can significantly slow down your computer.

    Hope this helps.
