    I can't even count the times I've attempted to talk with someone ANYONE in the Microsoft Office for assistance. Maybe I'm doing something wrong, but what is it?

    Twice, so far I've gotten in touch with supposedly tech support, they've gotten into my computer YUP!!! I thought I was actually talking with someone from the Microsoft Offices. 1st guy, fixed my computer or so he said then had the nerve to try and charge me $200.00. I'm 82 years old on Social Security. "Guess what he says!!!" we also will accept payments.

    2nd one was just the same and insisted I was talking with someone right from the Microsoft Offices. Funny thing though is he states, "yes you are speaking with a Microsoft Rep and we do not charge our customers for fixing their computers"...

    Well, lo and behold, once he was finished, he too tried to get money from me, but it was only $150 how about that????


    Needless to say, I can NEVER, NEVER, NEVER get hold of someone who is really a rep working in Microsoft to help me with problems. With a little luck, maybe someday, I will be in touch with one of the "big guys" who REALLY ARE IN CHARGE.


    Sorry for the long message, but I've been down this road so many times, you can never imagine how frustrated and irritated I am at this point in time.

    ALL I NEED FOR HELP IS THE FOLLOWING:

    Whenever I open up my mailbox for Outlook, the whole screen is all screwed up. As far as I'm concerned, it looks that way. My daughter who is pretty good with computers saw it and couldn't even begin to tell me how to fix it. When I bring up the Outlook Mail, It has 2 two screens. Like they are almost together, but can be separated. The only thing I can think of is Some kind of addition must have been put in that area along with mail. I don't know if I'm explaining right, but all the other times I looked at my mail, all I had to do was go to the mailbox, click on the message I wanted to read and VOILA!!! no problem. But it has not been that way for so many weeks, I've lost track.


    One last incident I can tell Microsoft is the following:

    I got so fed up with trying to get to my inbox because I was expecting something very important, but could not even open up the file. which is another problem with my whole inbox I called Microsoft, a girl answers and when I told her my problem, she sounded sarcastic and told me. "Just wait awhile, maybe there's too much mail in the box"!!!! That could be why you cannot open it to read anything...... :

    How about that one?


    I BEG YOU TO "PLEASE" get someone back to me so I can look what's all in my mail? It's got to be so jammed up with mail, it will take me a week to straighten it out. I do have to tell anyone who tries to get back to me, may have a tough time trying to send me mail to my mailbox. As I said, to many people, so many times. I cannot open up any of my mail to read any of the messages.

  2. Sync outlook mail

    If you are referring to Outlook Mail app then, I suggest you to follow the below steps to change the Mailbox sync settings.

    • Open the Mail app and sign in to your account.
    • Click on the gear icon (Settings) from the bottom left corner.
    • Click on the Accounts under
      Settings
      .
    • Click on your account and select Change settings.
    • Click on the Change mailbox sync settings and check in the
      Sync options.

  3. Connecting to a Shared Mailbox in Windows 10 Mail/Outlook app.

    Hi Nick,

    We acknowledge that you're having issues in accessing a shared mailbox. The shared mailbox can only be accessed once the admin has added the members that he/she would like to share the mailbox with.

    For further details, we suggest checking this link
    Open and use a shared mailbox in Outlook 2016 and Outlook 2013
    . It may take a few minutes before a shared mailbox appears if your admin only added you recently.

    Let us know if there are other concerns.

    ad from your statement you tried it in the yahoo mailbox settings, this would be exactly what you should not do, but go from the MAIN SCREEN in the steps I listed
