    I've been getting blue screen errors constantly since last month. The errors I've gotten so far are:

    IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL

    UNEXPECTED_KERNEL_MODE_TRAP

    SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION


    Things I've tried so far in mixed order:

    +running Memory Diagnostics 0 errors

    +updating GPU drivers via GeForce Experience

    +scanning and repairing damaged system files sfc /scannow

    +checking Device Manager for drivers that are highlighted with alert symbols 0 errors

    +Display Driver Uninstaller not sure if the GPU downloaded the same drivers again cause had internet on after restart

    +checking the hard drive chkdsk /f /r

    +asking for an employees help to check if every piece of hardware is functioning tested one by one

    +asking for an employees help to clean the PC dust might have been causing the problem

    +factory resetting the PC


    Things I haven't tried:

    +updating BIOS to the latest version which I tried like 2 months before this problem occured, updated from version 1.1 to 1.8, then back to 1.5 because 1.8 would prevent my PC from booting up didn't cause any problems / differences back then

    +updating CPU drivers because risky and not recommended

    +using third party software to update all drivers same reason


    Important background info of PC:

    +before I was getting these blue screen problems, my PC had been overheating and then it got factory reset and reassembled by the helping employee, after that the overheating stopped completely but after playing any game for 10-20 minutes, the blue screen is guaranteed

    +some of the pins in the motherboard are a bit faulty, that's why my fan lights don't work

    +no parts have been causing any errors until last month


    I cannot play any games that for the last 2-3 weeks so any help is appreciated, sorry for long post but I have to give every small detail. Please help me :


    Additional Notes:

    +I can send any hardware information / crash logs / dump files / info about third party softwares in my PC when requested.

    +I am not an expert at computers / machines so I might act like a bit of a newbie during any process.

    +Sorry for bad english / grammar, didn't check after writing to post as fast as I could.

    +I get this error no matter which video game I play that's what I assume since I've been playing 2 different games with huge graphical differences: CS:GO and Division 2

    after monthes of running system it was fine then on windows 7 it blue screened after looking it over myself and getting advice from local pc shop they suggest upgrading os will fix the issue so I upgraded to win 8.1 and along followed the blue screens now again upgrading after more advice I'm on win 10 and the bluescreens followed as a bad pool error rebooting I have included the requested report please help as spending the $150 the local pc shop wants is my next step

    Startup blue screen error(s) can occur if a problem causes your PC to shut down or restart unexpectedly. It could be due to the following:

    • Outdated device software drivers
    • Corrupted Windows update system files
    • Software/Security conflicts
