Windows 10: Magic Mouse 2 disconnects on Macbook Pro 2017 using Windows 10 2004

Hello,

Magic Mouse can be paired, cursor moves, scroll, left and right clicks work, but after movement stops it won't work again. It shows paired and connected, but it won't work.

I tried:

1 disabling "allow the computer to turn off this device to save power" in the mouse options and bluetooth and network adapter as well
2 removing and adding again the mouse several times
3 removing in macOS catalina and adding it again in Windows
4 adding in macOS catalina and adding it again in Windows
5 reinstalling drivers from bootcamp

and many other things like enabling and disabling airplane mode, bluetooth, etc.

checked error logs and found that it says "device is unresponsive or out of range".
Several Microsoft questions have similar problems with this configuration and other hardware using bluetooth mice from other brands.

Magic Mouse 2 & Keyboard not working on Windows 10 (on a MacBook Pro 2017)....Arrrrghhhh....please help a technologically illiterate old fool!!!

Before I was on a 2013 MacBook pro, battery operated/blue tooth magic mouse, ditto for the keyboard...

Now disaster...

Switched to new mac book pro (2017) and magic mouse 2 and new magic keyboard...with windows 10...

Nothing works...tried everything, Windows both are paired but nothing works...when downloading the drivers as suggested on a previous post I noted these were for windows 7/8 etc...not 10...

Any advice would be welcome...

 

Need Apple Magic Mouse driver for Windows 10

I have the same problem ....

Windows 10 running through Boot Camp (MacBook Pro 2017) not connecting Bluetooth mice.

I have two Bluetooth mice (Magic Mouse 2 and Logitech M535). They connect fine on other PCs. I have Windows 10 Home running on my MacBook Pro (bought in 2017) via Boot Camp. Everything works fine (Printers installed via TCP/IP, etc.), except the Bluetooth
devices. I'm using all the most recent drivers and I have followed all the steps suggested by Microsoft's webpage "Troubleshoot Bluetooth problems on Windows 10". I've called both Apple and Microsoft support team and all suggested procedures failed. Has anybody
experienced this kind of problem or know to solve it? Thanks.
