Windows 10: DCOM 10016 instantly shutting down my PC.

Hi, first of all I must thank you people for taking the time to check my post, and secondly apologize as I know there's a sticky above where an user kindly explains about this error.

But it says that we can safely ignore this issue, which I can't.. as it shuts down my PC instantly everytime.
I've been trying to fix this by doing some registry changes, like giving permission of total control to the subfolders with the IDs that are shown in the error's log, but without any sucess.. it still happens. Worst of all now there's another subfolder with a new ID that didn't show before (as it used to be only one ID that was causing the crash).

I'm desperately needing help here, I'm losing work, and also I must admit I'm losing my mind!

My Windows version is: 1709 OS Compilation 16299.1806.

PS: I know it's an old version, could that be the reason why my PC shuts down? Maybe in a future update Microsoft fixed this?

DCOM error 10016 on shutdown

Is this procedure supposed to resolve the DCOM 10016 errors or the Service Control Manager 7031 errors? The recent MS updates have apparently solved the DCOM 10016 errors I was getting for "Runtime Broker." Now they only happen for Cortana.

It is actually the SCM 7031 errors that I would like to eliminate now.

 

DCOM error 10016 on shutdown

I had been getting the DCOM error 10016 on shutdown immediately followed by 4 SCM 7031 errors for quite some time until the MS August 10 updates were installed. I am still getting the SCM 7031 errors but the DCOM 10016 errors have stopped. Has anyone
else had this experience? I am running Win 10 Version 1511 on a desktop.
