Windows 10: I am trying to buy mincraft on my pc and it says i do not have a applicable device

so I am trying to but Minecraft on my PC and I filled out everything and when I went to downlod it on my computer it said I did not have aapplicable device

I suggest that you take the time and read the OP and then read the replies afterwards to get a general idea of what is going on. Instead of "try before you buy" perhaps it's more fitting to "read that thread before you buy".

 

When trying to install the device drivers manually it says "Windows Was unable to install your Unknown Device.

  Change the view by option on the top right to Large icons.

  Click on troubleshooting and click on the view all option on the left panel.

PC times out when I try to buy off ebay

I recently bought new pc with windows 10.

The only problem I have encountered is that I cannot buy off the ebay site either as "buy it now" or by checking out via basket. The site keeps timing out and the following shows:

This site can’t be reached

pay.ebay.co.uk took too long to respond.

Try:

• Checking the connection
• Checking the proxy and the firewall
• Running Windows Network Diagnostics

I have run the diagnostics - nothing was found and have tried to buy after temporarily disabling the AVG anti virus/firewall prog.

Does anyone have any suggestions what I should try next please? Also please bear in mind I'm a user with little computer knowledge and not an IT expert
