  1. I encountered another BSOD again. Bugcheck according to Event Viewer

The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The bugcheck was: 0x00000139 0x0000000000000003, 0xfffff8065b01a300, 0xfffff8065b01a258, 0x0000000000000000. A dump was saved in: C:\WINDOWS\MEMORY.DMP. Report Id: 0484fa2b-03ed-4188-98b0-80a1e5650730.

Link of the dump files both from:

    C:/Windows/Minidump

    C:/Windows/MEMORY.DMP

Before encountering the BSOD, Windows froze and maybe crashed while I was watching a series on VLC. I didn't know what happened after the crash because I went away hoping it will stop hanging/freezing. After coming back to check on it, it just restarted by itself.

After restarting and booting, Windows was unable to sign my account in. It told me to sign out and then try to sign in. It worked but I noticed my PC was lagging as hell which is unusual so I restarted the PC for the second time and then proceeded to open qbittorrent and download some stuff. That's when the BSOD appeared.

I'm not sure whether this info will help but I'm going to put it. Anyway, what seems to be the cause of my BSOD and how can I prevent it from happening again?

    Thanks! :

    :)

  2. EVENT VIEWER ERRORS

    Hi,

There are instances that Event Viewer errors can be harmless due to the reason that it's only being listed on your Event Viewer logs for documentation purposes during the upgrade process. For us to properly assist you in figuring out if you're in the same
situation, we'd like to clarify the following details:

    • Are you encountering any performance related issues?

    • Are there any applications or programs that do not work as expected? If so, which are those?

    • Can you send us a screenshot of the errors you're seeing?

    Your reply is greatly appreciated.

    BugCheck Error Event ID 1001

    Hello,

I have been running into an issue lately and cannot figure out the root cause. I have been getting a stop error (BSOD) and when I check the event viewer I see this error.

The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The bugcheck was: 0x00000124 (0x0000000000000000, 0xffff888d3be1a028, 0x00000000fe000000, 0x0000000000801136). A dump was saved in: C:\WINDOWS\MEMORY.DMP. Report Id: 593e7c9e-6e0e-441a-9973-3083f449593f.

I do have copies of the dump file and a saved copy of the event viewer. Not sure where I can upload them for viewing. Any help with this would be appreciated.

    Thank you,

    Guy
