PCI-E of PCI 1 sound cards compatible with Win 10

Can anyone tell me of a PCI-E or PCI (not PCI 2) sound card that is compatible with Windows 10 right out of the box? I don't need anything fancy, just basic sound. I cannot make my Diamond XS 51 card work with Win 10, despite the work around from Diamond.
Is there any other option for a sound device that will work with Win 10 on an older ASUS motherboard (M4A785T-M)? The motherboard sound connectors are damaged so I had to go this add-on route. All worked fine on Win 7 and then I foolishly upgraded to Win 10.

    PCI or PCIEx1 sound card?

I want to get a sound card. I'm in the process of looking and researching, but my question is what kind of card should I get: PCI or PCI-Ex1? I'm asking because I am running 2 card in xfire already at x8/x8 on a Asus P67 Pro. I don't know if adding a PCI or PCIEx1 will affect that at all. So since I don't know, I'd love to have some insight as to the best way to go about this. Specs on the side.

And if you're feeling good, I'm open to suggestions on a decent sound card, under ~$70. As I said, I'm in the research phase so suggestions are welcomed. Thanks

Edit: I may have posted this in the wrong section...

    Sound Card Recommendation

Hi guys, I buried this question in another thread of mine where people probably missed it since I didn't get a reply to it.

I am looking for a 5.1 (Or 7.1 if the feature set is better, but I am not planning on a 7.1 speaker setup) sound card (PCI, I don't want to occupy PCI-E slots with it) that will be a few steps above what my DFI DK X58-TH3eH6 offers.

Base the suggestion on a USA price of around 100-120$ or cheaper.

Local suggestions here pointed to the M-AUDIO Revolution 5.1, but I am really not an expert on sound and I could use some pointers. The speaker setup is (probably going to be) the Logitech Z-5500 and the main use of the card will be gaming, music and movies/anime.

    Thanks !!!
