    I recently updated my system to Windows 10 Pro Build 2004 19041.264 as recommended by Windows update. Upon restarting my system, I immediately encountered constant system freezes and BSODs, so I opted to completely erase my system drive and re-install Build 2004 on a newly-formatted, blank SSD.


    Even with a completely clean install, I am still encountering constant BSODs, reporting the error messages "PAGE_FAULT_IN_NONPAGED_AREA" and "IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL". I have analysed the minidump files generated by Windows using WhoCrashed V6.65, which reports that the majority of the crashes are occurring in ntoskrnl.exe and ntkrnlmp.exe, with occasional crashes in win32kbase.sys. I am using all the latest WHQL drivers for my system. I would be grateful if you could provide any insight into these crashes and what I can do to stop them.

    First Problem: about 80% of the time, my laptop won't wake up from sleep mode via keyboard press or mouse move/click. I seem to be missing many common features in power plan too, even after fresh Windows 10 install.
    Troubleshooting Steps:

    1. Reinstalled Windows 10 (clean)
    2. Updated all drivers
    3. Replicated on multiple Windows 10 versions, updates
    4. BIOS latest version
    5. No USB devices attached, ever. Only USB-C power and bluetooth mouse
    6. Disabled "fast startup" in control panel

    Second Problem:constantly crashing, blue screen of death.
