First I realized that the program “system guard runtime monitor” was causing my ram to reach upwards of 90% at idle, so I looked up a solution and went to type in the windows search bar to look up what I needed to open, instead finding out that I’m unable to type in said search bar. I did a little bit of searching around and found out I can’t type in any windows app, such as the windows store, settings, etc. I’ve tried literally every solution I can find online to try to fix these problems to no prevail, both problems are still present.

Just a side note: I noticed today that “system” is using over 20% CPU at idle, I haven’t looked up fixes for that yet but I’ll throw it in there as well haha

Edit: the high cpu usage is actually between both system and service host: sysmain

  3. Windows 10 infinite restart black screen

The tutorials provided are just a list of troubleshooting steps. Use only the steps which apply to you.

Since none of the troubleshooting steps here worked, I'd suggest you do a Clean install.

Windows 10 1709 System Restore problems...

That seems to be an attempt at Option 2 in the tutorial, which requires you to
    a. Boot to a command prompt (Did you?)
    b. You then seem to be mixing steps 3,4 and 5, thus your command is incorrect.

I suggest Option 1 is easier.

If you still have problems, please repost listing each specific step and saying which option from the tutorial you are using. Thanks.
