Windows 10: Microsoft Windows Store Opens for One Frame

When I try opening the Microsoft Store it opens and immediately closes. I tried reinstalling windows 10, Administrator Powershell, Factory Resetting, etc. And trying to clear cache but the LocalCache folder is empty. I'm trying to install an MMO game.

I would suggest you to clear the cache memory of the Windows Store app.

Try the following steps:

• 
  Press Windows + R keys to open Run window
  
• 
  Type wsreset.exe and hit enter.
  

Now try to open Windows store and see if that helps.
