  1. Separate Headphone Profiles

I (like many people) am working from home and I'm using my personal rig to do it. I've set up another account on the computer to keep most of the work-related stuff separated. The one issue I'm having is headphones. I have a set of USB headphones with a mic for work and a pair of non-USB (3.5 audio jack) headphones that I use for gaming and everything else.

The problem is that I need to unplug one or the other for whatever profile I'm on (the headset is uncomfortable to wear long-term). Ideally, I'd like to keep both plugged in and have Windows ignore one or the other based on what profile I'm using.

Does anyone know of a tool/hack that could do that? I tried looking on Dr. Professor Google but came up empty. Any help would be appreciated.

  3. [WTB][EU]   Beginner audiophile headphones

i would also recommend looking at the Audio Technica m50s if this is your first step into audiophile headphones.

most of the cans you listed will also need an amp to push them.
