    Cyberlink Powerrecovery loop

Since this morning my PEAQ PNB P2015-I5N1 laptop boots directly to Cyberlink PowerRecovery and refuses all attempts to boot to Windows 10. It worked fine before. It lets me reset the laptop to factory defaults, which PowerRecover claims to have done successfully, only to again boot up to the PowerRecovery initial language select screen.

Using a USB drive I managed to get the Windows repair program to work, but that also does not find any problems. The harddisk seems to be ok, as I can still access it, and all the files on it, through the command prompt I managed to get working through the Windows repair program. No issues found in the BIOS screens either. System restores through this progam also didn't work.

Doing a completely clean install of Windows 10 through a USB flashdrive didn't help either. It also claims to have completed successfully, only to again, to my dismay, have the computer boot directly to PowerRecovery.

Anyone have any clue as to how I get the machine to boot to Windows?

    :)

LOGIN ISSUE - while using "Cyberlink Youcam face login"

    Dear all,

Initially my Laptop "HP pavilion" is windows 8.1. At that time i was using Cyberlink Youcam face-out login. ( Version is Cyberlink Youcam 5)

But after i upgrade to windows 10, everytime i have issue while login.

I want to deactivate this face login. I try to deactivate in the cyberlink setting, but still cannot be deactivated.

Moreover i tried to uninstall the cyberlink, but it is not found in the program list in control panel.

Please suggest how to deactivate the face login. Thanks

    uninstall Cyberlink

Cyberlink uninstalled properly. It appears initially to be installing, but actually uninstalls. Rather confusing the first time one encounters this! Thanks for suggestions!
