    case #'s <Removed> and<Removed>. Lost purchased jigsaw puzzles. Stats show puzzles played = 672, puzzles completed = 536, collections completed =3. Spoke with different technicians on May 22, 26, 27 and 31. First technician said, he could not find a way to retrieve previously purchased puzzles. On May 26, I selected from "See all Collections" a collection previously purchased "Tour of Africa". My options were to buy with coins, cash or "no thanks". There was no option to just download. I decided to repurchase with 6800 coins. When I opened "Tour of Africa", all puzzles had already been completed. There seems to be a dis-connect with what I purchased over the previous years and now. Looking for developer for Jigsaw. had a similar problem a year or two ago and he was able to bring all purchased collections back into the "See all Collections" where I could download into "downloadable collections. How can I retrieve previously purchased jigsaw collections?

  2. Jigsaw has lost all my purchased collections

    Jigsaw suddenly cannot connect to Xbox from my Win10 PC and has lost all my purchased collections. It askes me to sign in to the Xbox app and try again. The Xbox app IS signed in. I've logged out, reinstalled, rebooted, updated, run the trouble shooter
    and anything else the support staff can suggest, but they seem to have no solution. It's almost as if it tries to connect but fails very quickly. It is only jigsaw that fails. The whole Solitaire collection IS signed in apart from Jigsaw. Has anyone found
    a solution?

    There's a lot of possible reasons why you're unable to sign in on a certain on the Xbox app. One of which is having a corrupted app file. To help you resolve this concern, I recommend that you perform the steps below:

    Step 1: Reset the Xbox app.

    1. Click Start and click Settings.
    2. Select System.
    3. Select Apps & features.
    4. Find the Xbox app and click Advanced options.
    5. Click Reset.
    6. Restart your device so that the changes can take effect.

    Step 2: Reset the Microsoft Jigsaw from the Settings menu to resolve any corrupted game data.

    1. Click Start and click Settings.
    2. Select System.
    3. Select Apps & features.
    4. Find Microsoft Jigsaw and click Advanced options.
    5. Click Reset.
    6. Restart your device so that the changes can take effect.
    Step 3: Uninstall the Microsoft Jigsaw from program list.

    1. Click Start.
    2. Right-click on the Microsoft Jigsaw from the program list.
    3. Click uninstall.
    4. Reinstall the game from Windows app store.

    No, it doesn't happen with any other program. As stated originally, I even tested other MS Collection apps, but the problem only occurs with MS Jigsaw.

    Same content? Well, it hangs with any Daily Challenges in Jigsaw, but not in Solitaire or Sudoku. The window closes (blinks off) whenever I try to download a Jigsaw collection - any collection. (yes, I'm talking about ones I have already purchased) I can
    download these collections to my other laptop, but not this one. And after removing the app and reinstalling, I was unable to download the collections that had been previously downloaded - the Jigsaw window just closes.

    So, I thought I had answered these questions in my original post but I've tried to clarify more. Or am I missing the point - are you're really asking about something different?

    No, problem is not RAM. Even if it's the only app running Jigsaw blinks off. With multiple resource-heavy apps running, other apps function and download content without a problem, just like Jigsaw used to do.

    App troubleshooter gave me the same result as WesPhillips13 - won't work for Windows 10. But please note that I use many apps from the Windows Store and Jigsaw is the only one that has stopped functioning correctly.
