Windows 10: Windows 10 Pro activation --- I thought my digital license was linked? 0x8007007b

Hey, there!

Recently I change computers because my old one started freezing up. My new one had Windows 10 Pro as did my old one, but it wasn't activated. After signing in as admin with my Microsoft Account, which I believed has the license digitally linked, Windows 10 still didn't activate and returned error 0x8007007b. They told me to contact the network admin but this is a personal laptop...

I tried to get the product key from my old laptop in cmd admin but it wasn't returning anything.


I'm running Windows 10 Pro version 1809.
