Windows 10: windows 10 camera app - error 0xA00F4288

I updated my Windows 10 Pro to v. 2004. The Windows 10 Camera App now has the option to view network IP cameras. I have a Vivotek ip8332 network camera. In Windows 10 Settings: Devices, I added the camera with Bluetooth and other devices. Windows found the camera which is now listed in Other devices. When I open the Camera App, it shows the following error: "Close other apps. It looks like another app is using the camera already. If you need it, here's the error code: 0xA00F4288<AllCamerasAreReserved>". I ran the Camera App Trouble Shooter. The Trouble Shooter says It looks like there is an issue with your camera services. I looked in Services.msc, but I don't seen anything applicable. Task Manager is not listing anything running. I am not aware of any Windows 10 application or software using this IP camera. I have searched this Community and the internet for the error message to no avail. I am out of ideas, and I would appreciate some direction on this matter. Thanks in advance :-.

Success in resetting Store; that produced a download of the Windows camera, despite seeing error message again, download proceeded. Screen shows MS app for Windows camera and indicates downloaded. (Camera now listed in app list.) But when Launch was selected,
no action after screen with camera icon. Eventually message appeared " something went wrong: here is message code if needed: 0x400F4271>MediaCaptureFailedEvent>0xC00D3704. We seem to be moving ahead a step at a time. Next suggestion?

We see that you are still having issues with your Camera app having an error code 0xA00F4271 even if you have tried the troubleshooting steps from the link provided above. Can you check your camera privacy settings to see if camera access is turned on? To
check the camera privacy settings, kindly follow the steps below:

• Click Start.
• Click Settings.
• In search box in upper right, type webcam.
• Click Camera privacy settings.
• Check that Let apps use my camera toggle is On.

Missing apps: Store, People, Photos, Games & Camera on upgrading to 10

Thanks for replying spunk. That's the 'alphabetical' list I was referring to, none of these apps are in that 'All apps' list. Any more suggestions?
