Windows 10: Minecraft Dungeons windows 10 Crashing

Please can someone help me so when I load into the game and load my character it crashes even when Itry other characters and made a new one still crashes I even reinstalled it and lost everything to try to fix it and did not help please help i dont care that much that i lost everything just need to fix my game at least cuase i cant play at the moment
