Windows 10: Windows 10 feature bug in games downloaded from store..

- hello dear...

- ihave a problem when im playing a game from windows 10 store ..

the problem is when im moving the mouse cusror up & down in-game unfortunately he touching two bars ..one over the taskbar and one upside the screen & when i click it clicks that bars and not where i want to ...so he dont let me do what i want..

- ireally had contacted the game support about that but they told me its a feature in the windows 10 that create that bug ...



so please if you have a way to remove that feature show me because i dont need it really ..

not able to download games from store

can't download games from store

Method 2: Manually reset the Windows Store app cache then try to download games again. To manually reset, follow the steps below:

• Click Start.
• On the search bar, type Command Prompt, and right-click Command Prompt

We also recommend that you download and install any pending updates that need to be installed on the computer through

Windows Update and check if it helps resolve the issue.

Windows 10 bugs

I only suggested you might have been using the wrong store. Both the "real" Windows Store and Store (Beta) are present and available by default in Windows 10 Build 9926 and as you mentioned that you noticed Solitaire while in store and also it did not work when downloaded, my conclusion was both oblivious and only possible:

• If you downloaded a Microsoft solitaire game, you were most definitely in the wrong store because the Store Beta has not a single Microsoft Solitaire available, they are all from third party software makers.
• If the Solitaire game was indeed from Store Beta, it must be a third party product and therefore it working or not really has nothing to do with some Microsoft apps working or not.

That's all I suggested.




The Office Preview apps are available in Store (Beta) and are working just fine, as they have been all the time. The apps are most definitely not "down". I recommend you take a look at these tutorials:
