    Windows 10, v1909 update causes Windows Store Connection Problems


    On my Dell Optiplex 9010 Desktop and my HP Pavillion DM4 Laptop I have experience network communications errors in Microsoft Store and Onenote for Windows 10 after Windows Update installed Windows 10, v1909 update. After Uninstalling the update the problem was fixed.

    Anyone else experience this and is there a better fix?

    i've seen this when the stock USB drivers went kaput. Only ever seen it once - i used a PCI USB 2.0 card and connected the mouse and keyboard to that, and manually updated the USB 2/USB 3 drivers.
