Windows 10: Windows Update and Microsoft store download problem

When i clicked on Windows Update option and click check for updates , after some time this message show me, what i do now??

"We couldn't connect to the update service. We'll try again later, or you can check now. If it still doesn't work, make sure you're connected to the Internet."

Windows update and Microsoft Soltaire Collection not downloading


Windows update not downloading gives the reference 0x800705b4, also Microsoft Solitaire Collection not loading and games in Windows Store not downloading.
Search found some suggestions but none worked.
Is anyone else having this problem or any suggestions.

 

Where does windows stores all the updates?

As you know, windows downloads updates from microsoft, but I want to know where it stores them. I use window 7 ultimate 64-bit. Few more things I just remembered, does SSDs speed up boot time in windows 7 dramaticaly? And can I multiboot windows 8.1 pro and windows 7 ultimate without any problems like BSODs or crashes?
