Windows 10: No options to Stop or Disable (Touch Keyboard and Handwriting Panel Service)

Attempted to find and stop this after many enquiries on how to prevent the crashing on some of my games within 15-20 minutes of playtime.

Multiple posts lead me to services for disabling (Touch Keyboard and Handwriting Panel Service) but as seen here there is no such option available, I did try setting it do disable on startup but it ignores that and runs as if nothing happened.

Im a bit clueless so is there something missing?

Cant disable touch keyboard and handwriting panel

• What error message are you getting when you're trying to stop the touch keyboard and handwriting panel service? Can you provide us the exact error message?

 

Touch keyboard pops up at login

If the above steps didn't work, we suggest that you disable the Touch Keyboard and Handwriting Panel Service. Please follow these steps:

• Click on Start.
• Type Services, and then press Enter.
• On the right pane, look for Touch Keyboard and Handwriting Panel Service. Double-click on it.
• Locate the Startup Type drop down, and change it to Disabled.
• Click on Apply button to save changes.
• Click on OK button to close the Touch Keyboard and Handwriting Panel Service
  window.
