    When using kaspersky safe money with edge chromium browser for my banking account online.. C:\windows\explorer.exe is constantly trying to read memory and Kaspersky keeps blocking it so my computer start to make noise and CPU is very high ..

    Is there any option to disable explorer.exe from messing with kaspersky safe money??

    I though it was a virus and reinstalled windows from scratch but it's still happening so I can't stay long in my bank account coz I'm afread my processes will overheat or something.. I was looking at exploit protection in app & browser control but don't understand much stuff there.. Is there anything to stop explorer.exe

    I removed IE from Windows features but it's still happening. What is that explorer.exe in c\windows anyway????

    To check all the processes currently running with VirusTotal:

    D/L & run Sysinternals Process Explorer. This is a stand alone program, extract & click on the .exe to run it.

    Process Explorer

    When the program is running, go to Options/VirusTotal.com/Check VirusTotal.com & click. This will create another column, submit all the currently running processes to VirusTotal & show the results.

    Also, with this program you will be able to better examine the aspects of the processes in question.

    Turn On Windows Defender Block Suspicious Behaviors in Windows 10  

    The DWORD is set to 0 and I cannot get the process you suggested in the "NOTE" portion of the tutorial to work. Two attached screen shoots will show the before and after attempts to change the Permissions necessary for access to the DWORD change.

    GUI Issue - Windows 7

    No GUI means no start menu and desktop icons? That usually means explorer.exe isn't running. Hit ctrl+alt+del, open the Task Manager, and see if explorer.exe is in the processes list. If not, go to File -> New Task and enter the following: C:\Windows\explorer.exe
