Windows 10: Did not receive the new settings page

Hello, I am a Windows 10 Pro user and it's been a year since Microsoft launched it's new settings pagecheck the below demo screenchot that I have snipped from a website

The below user header is missing in my version of Windows




The below screenshot shows my settings pagewhich does not have that user details header:





Also I haven't yet received the new start menu that just rolled out a few days back.





I am really enthusiatic about getting these features but I don't know why I haven't received these features?

I am on build number: 20161.1000

Receiving Page Fault Error

I understand that you are receiving a page fault error while starting the PC. I’ll certainly help you with the issue.



However, please let us know:

• Are you aware of any changes made to the computer recently?
  
• Does the computer boot to the Desktop?
  

I would suggest you to share the dump files so that we can analyze them and get to the root cause of the issue. To share the files Navigate to
C:\Windows\Minidump, upload the files to OneDrive and share the OneDrive link.



Meanwhile, I would suggest you to refer the troubleshooting steps mentioned in the article

Troubleshoot blue screen errors and see if that helps.

That's what the auto setting will do since you're over the 1333 mark it jumps to the next step which isn't listed or officially supported I assume by that ram.

At this point though I would suggest dropping the multi one step or .5 so that we can get something stable and possibly take the heat issue out of the picture for now.
