Windows 10: Auto download Windows 10 and lost alldownload, all app, lost my printer download

I anilsheth1 . auto download my window10 and lost my alldownload.,/all app/ also lost my printer download. now new windows don't allow my printer download and print. any body have any solution to get back my old virson window-10 it's harresment for senior people like me I am 77 yrs old. don't have much knowelege of computer. my email <*** Email address is removed for privacy ***>

In order to get clarity and to assist you accordingly, please reply with the answers to the questions below.

• What is the Windows 10 version and Build installed? (Type
  winver in Windows search/Run command)
  
• What is the make and model of the Printer?
  
• When you say "One of my printers is lost, how can I recover without having to download it again?" is the printer not detected or is it not printing?

I Lost My Download Files in Windows 10

Hi, depends where you saved them. I suggest these options.

a. Your browser's download history.
If these were fairly recent downloads, your browser may stiil have a record of where they were saved. For example Firefox has this:



- so I can open the folder where they were saved.

b. Perhaps they were deleted- check your Recycle bin

c. Search your PC. A convenient way to find anything anywhere is to use one of the various 3 fast search file indexing tools such as
Locate32
Everything (by voidtools)
Ultrasearch

Install one, let it index- a minute or two perhaps- then try searching for your files.

E.g. by date, extension, name...




d. Try downloading a new file and see where it is saved. Perhaps your others are there.

 

Printer lost

One of my printers is lost since I updated to Windows 10, how can I recover without having to download it again?

I don't have all of my information on the printer, it's a special kind of printer that prints labels and I've had it for awhile.
