    Microsoft & Adobe think I am not connected to the internet when I am. It is not the firewall, I had 2 techs from Adobe try and fault find only to give up in the end and refund the cost of the software I was trying to install.


    Now I have the same issue with Microsoft. I also have issues downloading any MS Apps from the Store so stopped trying that a long time ago, but I really need to be able to log onto my account.


    what might be causing the inability to see that I am actually connected to the internet. I have no issue with any other app the accesses the web.

    my system is showing an error "you must be online the first time to complete your account setup " in window 10

    I am having a problem in logging on to my system with window 10. Initially I was using Microsoft account for login but the last time I changed my account setting to local account using offline mode and then the system was shut down by me . Now as I try
    to login my system it says "you must be online the first time to complete your account setup" after I enter my password.

    I am unable to login to my system, Please help!

    Actually I've created an admin account when I logged in with another admin account,then I made the old admin account to standard account.

    now when I tried to log in with the new admin account it is showing "you need to be online for your account to setup for the first time".I've tried many

    times it keeps on showing the same error.so then I logged in with the old admin account which is a standard account now .now when ever I try to run some application it is showing UAC panel and asking admin password.but here there is no admin account since
    thee new admin account is not yet signed in atleast once.so I can't run any application.

    please help mee with this issue.
