Windows 10: System don't want to shutdown.

What l've try:
cmd => sfc /scannow no errors
cmd => shutdown /s /f same as "Shutdown+Shift" in Start panel I'm suppose
Turn off the "Fast Startup" in Power options.
Nothing helped.

Its definitely not mechanical damage of power button, because PC don't startup randomly by itself.
Only clue I'm has is NVIDIA Driver update v451.48, right after this particular driver update was installed, system become weird about shuting self down & if be more correct it not doing that.

System doing one between two outcomes when user press Shutdown:
1 Reboot
2 Stuck somewhere in booting process with display in sleep mode, before "motherboard picture" from where possible to enter in BIOS setting. Meaning PC just staying & buzzes, probably even with error which i'm can't see because display don't react.

script running on Startup and Shutdown of System is not working

Steps

• Open a run box
• type in "gpedit.msc"
• Expand Computer Configuration
• Expand Windows Settings
• Select Scripts (Startup/Shutdown)
• Double click Startup
• Click Show Files and copy/paste your file in to this folder
• Click the Add button on the startup properties
• Click Browse and double click on your script to choose it.
• "OK" out of all windows to apply the new settings.

Hi,

My system don't reboot and don't shutdown (only when I have lucky do it).

I suspect the problem is the update 1909. But there is no way come back to 1903.

I have the last motherboard bios update.

With restore the configuration of 10-15 days ago work initially and after don't work.

Some suggests ?
