Windows 10: Touch pad issue in Asus Vivobook x505za

Having issue with my Asus x505za touch pad after updating windows 10.

I tried the below techniques to fix it but it doesn't worked


1. Uninstall the device and restart the system

2. Updated the driver

3. Uninstall the driver ans install it again


But this is not working because of of funkin win 10 update.

I also checked it on BIOS window my touch pad is working fine there so it confirms me that window relaeses updates without testing it.


I have to formatt my win 10 and my configurations will also be lost because of the untested updates.



I want to just challenge windows and their developers.

Thanks for the response.

I have tried the steps you suggested. It showed no issues, except to restart my PC. At the point when I performed these steps, I didn't have the issue that I reported - namely, not being able to use touch-pad gestures. Maybe I should try this when the touch-pad
gestures stop working.
