Windows 10: lapatop would not recognice m audio track plus MKII conected after last security updates....

latest security updates make my computer not recognice mi m audiot mk ii device. says not conected. Already had this issue before and was able to solve by a recovery to a previous image of the disc but is not working now. Help please

Issues with audio recording using M-Track input device, Windows 10 1809.

We see that you are facing difficulties in audio recording using M-Track. Could let us know, are you referring to M-audio M-Track device? However, we recommend you to refer

Troubleshoot audio recording from Audacity and try performing the steps and check.

If you are referring to M-audio M-Track, please try downloading driver and firmware for the device and microphone form
M-Track download Support check if it helps. If the issue still persists, we would suggest you to get in touch with
M-track Support for further assistance.

Windows 10/ Maudio M-Track Plus compatibility/driver issues

This email has also been sent to M-Audio, but it may in fact be a Windows driver issue, or that Windows is not accepting/allowing the driver for this device to work properly. Please review.

The main issue that I'm having is the M-Audio device is intermittently turning off & on after about 30 seconds up to 2 minutes of use. It literally shows under playback devices & recording devices the device disappearing and appearing again. The best way
to explain what the PC thinks is happening is someone unplugging and plugging the USB cord in and out of the PC over and over. Which of course is not happening. I've updated to the latest driver. I think I even had 1.0.6 which didn't work either. I've looked
at USB settings for every USB port to make sure that Windows is not turning them off to save power with that feature. I've looked into power settings to make sure everything is set for performance and not power saver. It just seems to either be a Windows Driver
problem or a M-Audio driver problem. I don't know which. I will be sending this email to both respective tech support teams to see what answers I get and will relay both sets of solutions to all parties if needed. I've also tested this with my laptop (Windows
10) as well, same problem the moment I install the driver. Watch this video to see exactly what I'm talking about.







Again I've tried all these solutions that are listed in the forums and this needs to be addressed ASAP.

Oh I also tried installing the driver with Compatibility Mode. Didn't work.

M-Audio M-Track 2x2 Not Recognized by my computer.

We appreciate the research and troubleshooting you have done, this issue could be from the software end or from the hardware itself.



Please try few of the troubleshooting below to further eliminate the root cause of the issue.

1. Try to connect the device with a different USB and check if that helps.
   
2. Connect the M-track to different computer and check if you still face the issue there, if the issue persists, it could be caused by hardware.
   

Method 1:

1. Press Windows + R key on your keyboard together, and type
   control printers.
   
2. You will see list of all the devices and printers connected to your computer.
   
3. Click on Add a device and follow the onscreen instruction and add your device.
   

Method 2:

1. Uninstall
   all the M-Track drivers from device manager.
   
2. Reboot the computer and check.
   

Method 3:



I suggest you login to the manufacturer site,
download the drivers for your registered device and
install it.



If you still face the issue, I suggest you to get in touch with the
manufacturer and get the hardware checked once.
