Windows 10: Windows iso File

Backstory:

I got my pc from a friend who could not get it to boot at all. He had many pc's and didn't care enough to get it to work So I took the pc home and tried to boot up a windows 64 install disk. Nothing, so I tried lots of things and still nothing. I then tried a win 32 install disk and it worked. Once I was in windows I did more research on the pc and figured out it was a 64bit capable. I tried usb sticks dvds etc. nothing would get it to boot. I was probably doing something wrong but I didn't know what What finialy did get win 64 to boot was while in 32bit windows I created a partition in fat32 and created a win 64 iso file. I then restarted and booted from that iso file. I installed windows and it "worked".


The Issue:

Because of how I installed windows I still have the win 64 iso partition and file on my main boot drive. When ever I boot up my computer it asks me weather to boot the win 64 install iso or win 10. Because the win 64 iso partition is the "system partition" i cant remove it. As far as I can understand the boot loader files are on the win 64 iso partition. Is there some way where I can remove the iso file so it stops asking me to boot with the install iso/win 10.

wont boot into ISO file?

hm I used nero and put the iso on there like anything else
ill try your suggestions with the .nrg file I no longer have the .iso (threw away)

Finding .IMG or .ISO file in Windows 8.1 Pro download

Hey guys,

In preparation for my new PC I downloaded Windows 8.1 Pro from Dreamspark, and I wanted to burn it to a DVD, so I can install it on the new PC.
However, in the downloaded files I can't find a .IMG or .ISO file anywhere. I understood that the .IMG file is the one you need to burn to the DVD?

Any suggestions?

Um, feel free to correct me if I'm wrong, but isn't UDF the DVD format?
