Windows 10: Window on top

When I click on something that is in another program it does not open on the desktop but it will flash in the taskbar and you have to click on it there to get it to open. For example, when I get a word attachment in an email and click on the attachment it won't open on the desktop but the word icon on the task bar will blink. When I click on it there it will open. How do I get it to open on the desktop when I click the icon in the email? Thanks

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx

You can add / change it or whatever but try and get the size of text bigger even if you make the other stuff HUGE

For example - screenshots enc

I'd like the Start menu text to be the same size as the text when you RIGHT MOUSE click on the start (windows) button.
