I am trying to install a dual boot system win 7 x64 and xp x86

Help, I have windows 7 64 bit and I tried to install xp on a separate partition. Both are installed now, but xp is now drive C: and 7 is now drive D: I can no longer get onto windows 7 at all. I deleted windows xp hoping 7 would be default now. It just sD:ys now that files are missing on xp and I can not boot up. I have screwed up my win7 install now! I am typing from Asus xpress gate, a motherboard bios utility. Can anyone please help me to restore windows 7 without deleting data and re-installing?

I am very non tech so please give a simple answer with step by step instructions if you can please. I am trying to delete foreign addresses in my active connections. I found I had these because I was trying to conect my alexa to wifi and somehow got on
a phone call with someone that I thought was with Amazon and turned out to be selling me something after charing my screen UGH! They did run a C:\WINDOW\system32\cmd\exe to get a long list of active connections and because I have foreign connections (how the
heck did I get that? lol) in with my connections its is not letting my alexa connection to my wifi. Can someone PLEASE help me???

 

Can I copy C Drive from Windows 8 to 7?

As the title asks. I am wondering, can I copy JUST the C Drive from windows 8 to an external, wipe 8 and install 7 and then slap my C Drive to windows 7? Or is that a big hell no? Basically I have been using 8 on my laptop since I got it and I have had about enough. Honestly the only reason I stuck with it was for learning purposes. I am just trying to avoid doing a wipe and then reinstalling programs onto 7. Is that my only option? If so...it may be worth it.
