Windows 10: How do I check if i have the suitable hardware required for Windows 10 64-bit?

Okay, so when I upgraded from Windows 8 to Windows 10-the 32 bit version was downloaded.

However, technology is slowly starting to shift from 32-bit to 64-bit, and many programs nowadays only run on 64-bit OS's

I checked the processor and it is able to download 64 bit. I also have enough RAM to run it. But what I don't know is that is my HARDWARE capable of running it?

I tried checking out different websites, the official page from Microsoft to upgrade but it also did not tell me what the hardware requirements are.

Any help is appreciated!

If you want to upgrade to Windows 10 on your PC or tablet, here are the minimum hardware you’ll need.

1. RAM

1 gigabyte (GB) for 32-bit or 2 GB for 64-bit

2. Hard disk space:

16 GB for 32-bit OS 20 GB for 64-bit OS

3. Graphics card:

DirectX 9 or later with WDDM 1.0 driver

4. Display:

800x600

I suggest you to check whether your computer meet the minimum system requirements to upgrade to Windows 10. Refer the below article to check the Specification about upgrade to Windows 10 operating System.
