Windows 10: I can't download any Apps

I can't download any programs, or think they're called Apps now.
I only bought my new laptop recently and nobody else has used it.
Everything else is working on it, but when i try to download apps, a box appears that says:
Do you want to allow this app to make changes to your device?
Then on the same box it says, to continue enter admin user name and password, but nowhere to put an admin name and password.
Then it only gives me a No button option to click on, so then the App doesn't work.

It says my account was logged in as a Local Account, so I changed it to being logged in with Microsoft as my Outlook name and password, but the same happens.
I right clicked on the App exe and clicked on Run as Administrator, but it's still the same.
I've gone all through the Account settings but can't see how to change my account, if I'm not logged in as admin, but as far as I know I only have one account set up anyway.
This is so frustrating. All I want to do is set up a printer to write some letters.
Any help will be appreciated.

• Are you only experiencing the issue when downloading from the Windows Store? Or are you also experiencing the issue when downloading from your browsers?
• Did you make any recent changes to your computer prior to this issue?
• What troubleshooting steps have you tried so far?

Can't re-download any apps from store

Just had to reset my phone (Nokia N8, Belle Refresh), went to ovi store online and all my apps are listed in the "MyStuff", but I can't download any of them as it says "Downloaded" already and the download button is greyed out.

I know there is a workaround (append "/download" to the web address) to download FREE apps via the site, but it doesn't work for the paid apps.

And I can't download from the Nokia Store app on my phone as it refuses to launch, I tried resetting phone again, still doesn't load, and tried removing it and reinstalling the store app and still it refuses to launch.

Any suggestions?
