Windows 10: auto disabling of wifi when ethernet connected

Hi

I had auto disabling of wifi when ethernet connected, using a Realtek App, which worked extremeley well, it was accidently uninstalled, now i cant find this app anywhere. was called wifi monitor i think.

Apparently there is a way of doing this within windows, but need some guidence please, unless someone knows of the App for Realtek RTL8811AU Wireless LAN 802.11ac USB 2.0 Network Adapter

[SOLVED - sorta] Wifi won't auto connect when Ethernet is enable.

I've been using Ethernet on my laptop for stable connectivity purposes but that doesn't mean I wouldn't use also use Wifi just in case Ethernet has some issue. So why if I've already set my Wifi connection to be automatically connect in, it will never
auto connect unless I manually do it.

Cannot disable auto-connect on Wifi

I did try the other options including the command line. Only the wifi network that I was actively connected to showed up in the command line. The other ones, the ones that don't let me uncheck "auto" in the taskbar, they did not show up in the command line. How can I get the networks in the picture to show up in the command prompt? What steps would I use to disable the auto-connect from there?

-I tried uninstalling the WIFI card's driver but when I refresh the Device Manager window, it reinstall itself. But I don't really think the the driver is the issue because I have an external WIFI USB Adapter ( that I sometimes use on some occasion) and
to my knowledge, there have never been once it attempt to to auto connect when I have Ethernet connected in. It will auto connect if I don't have Ethernet plugged in however. Oh and I think I should also mention that there's only one known network in range
(I want both Ethernet and WIFI of my laptop to connect in the same network).

I'm going to try uninstalling the driver again without refreshing the Device Manager window then Reboot with the Fast Startup disabled and I'll update the situation then.
