Windows 10: Task manager - Problem...

Hi!

I would like to ask you for help because I can't handle the problem. The problem is that I probably managed to download the wrong file, the result of which is that when I start the PC, I get the above message see attachment. After opening the task manager, when I found the location of the missing file, I had the whole folder checked by Avast, Total AV, Kaspersky but without result malware or something. Even if I let the task manager finish after the notification runs out, the situation repeats the next time I run PC. I tried several virus scans, but nothing was found. I have no idea what this is about, whether it is a missing system file or something else.


"Windows cannot find 'C:\Users\lenka...................................????.exe'. Make sure you typed the name correctly, and then try again."


If you have any advice for me, I will be grateful.

Task Bar, Task manager and apps, all not responding, Windows 10

step 1 worked a dream. Had earlier tried everything suggested in these forums. nothing had worked to solve the problem. The media creation tool as suggested in step 1 did the trick. - it took several hours, but worth it.

ps. original complaint - non responding - and task manager - blank or useless.

Windows 10 - cannot add exec to Startup in Task Manager

I purchased a new computer with Windows 10 already installed. I am trying to add an exec to the startup list but Win10 will not accept it. The exec runs successfully on my Windows 10 machine if I start it manually.

Steps I've taken: Task Manager, Startup Tab, File>Run New Task. (browse to location, select.) It will start immediately, but does not show up on the list to autostart, nor does it start on reboot.

Any suggestions?
