    My 730S-13IWL Laptop ideapad - Type 81JB touchpad stopped working after a windows update


    My laptop touchpad stopped working after a recent windows update. I have tried to search Lenovo for driver updates, but they state that the laptop model I have uses microsoft precision drivers, not Lenovo ones. PLEASE HELP ME FIX this, I have tried to search and do everything I can think of.

    Touchpad noes not work on lenovo laptop

    Helo I have a Lenovo yoga 730-13IWL with windows 10 64 bit and after I bought it I update some drivers.... and after that my touchpad stopped working, I search how to repair but they always show: go to setting, mouse and touchpad, !!!and here my problem
    starts I don't even have mouse and touchpad option... I can choose only mouse so what shuld I do.???

    Touchpad Lenovo 720s stop working after update

    After running an update, the touchpad is not working anymore. It is not even listed in Dev. Manager, just like it's gone from my laptop.

    I've tried to restore Win10 - didn't work

    Reinstall fresh Win10-didn't work

    Install every single driver I've found on Lenovo site - didn't work.

    ...and also hotkeys F6 (activate/deactivate touchpad) and
    F7     (airplay mode ON/OFF) don't work.

    The model of laptop is

    Lenovo 720S-13ARR Laptop (ideapad) - Type 81BR - Model 81BR003RUS

    How to disable gestures on my Ideapad L340 touchpad

    I have a new Ideapad L340. I want to disable gestures on the touchpad (especially tap to click). I followed the instructions at the Lenovo support site (URL listed at the bottom of this post). The instructions get you to Mouse Properties.
    Then the instructions say "click Settings or Advanced Settings."
    Unfortunately, on the Lenovo Ideapad L340 there is no Settings or Advanced Settings to click on in the Mouse Settings Dialog box.
    I have seen lots of suggestions that involve clicking on the tab to the right of the Hardware tab on the Mouse Properties dialog box, but there is no tap to the right of the Hardware tab.
    I am open to registry editing also.


    Is there anything I can do?
