    I’m trying to keep my ssd clear but msi files directly install to CInstallation path doesn’t change :(SSD). I also change Windows app location path from settings that’s working and Changed Registery Editor Curent path vs vs but doesn’t change anything. All msi files directly install to C: . How should I change it to another drive?

    what exactly do you need to decipher about that path line? also, what are you installing? perhaps i can help.

    Yeah, I think you're right. I think the purpose of the echo command was to check if ~/bin was in the $PATH file. My problem is that I can't decipher the output and I don't know how to add ~/bin to the $PATH file.

    Just for clarification, the snippet of instructions I gave is just a few steps in the installation process. Nothing is actually supposed to be installed with those steps.

    Important: Microsoft Doesn't recommend changing the Installation path.

    Registry Disclaimer: Serious problems might occur if you modify the registry incorrectly. Therefore, make sure that you follow these steps carefully. For added protection, back up the registry before you modify
    it. Then, you can restore the registry if a problem occurs. This would be on your own risk.

    • What error message are you getting?
