My system info says Windows 10 Home Version 10.0.18363 Build 18363 but Windows Feature...

Might be a silly question but if my system info say Windows 10 Home Version 10.0.8363 Build 18363 .... which I think I downloaded for a clean install a couple of years ago. However, when I look at my updates history, it says Feature Update 1909 was installed in Nov 2019.

I now notice there's another Feature Update available to Windows 10 2004 available but I haven't downloaded or installed that yet.

Question is ... if I've updated to 1909, why does my system info still say 10.0.8363 Build 18363 ..... or are the two not related?

Another Question. A technophobe friend of mine is also running Windows 10 but her Version is 10.0.17763 Build 17763. Is this why, when I'm talking her through changing some of her settings, she sees totally different screens/options to what I do?

AND ... her laptop is only 6 months old. She says many of the updates have failed to install because she has run out of storage space ... which she says happenend on her previous same laptop. She's such a technophobe she can't even find where to see what storage she has left. Also she can't tell me is she has a HDD or SDD with minimal storage space. But if she HAS run out so space to install updates, what are her options please? Many thanks in advance.

    :)

Version 10.0.18363 Build 18363 fails to download .application file that works for Build 18362

We have an setup application we have our customers use to install our software. The Setup application is a Visual Studio application built in 2013. All of a sudden, with the 18363 Windows build release the main "setup.exe" will download but when it tries
to run there is Windows error message saying it can't or won't download the "setup.application" file from the same folder. We have tested on several machines that have the 18362 build and the setup works fine. Is there a "bug" in build 18363 or is it a
"new feature" that blocks old code?

    Windows 10 Tweaks

Pressing “Windows+Pause Break” (it’s up there next to scroll lock) opens the “System” Window.

Windows 10: In the new version of Windows, Explorer has a section called Quick Access. This includes your frequent folders and recent files. Explorer defaults to opening this page when you open a new window. If you’d rather open the usual This PC, with links to your drives and library folders, follow these steps:

    • Open a new Explorer window.
    • Click View in the ribbon.
    • Click Options.
    • Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
    • Click OK
